What is the minimum amount of time I can rent a property?
With the Renters’ Rights Act, from 1st May 2026, all tenancies will be periodic, meaning no fixed term will be specified. However, a minimum of two months’ notice is required if you wish to end your tenancy.
What deposits are required?
When you first reserve a property we take a holding deposit which is 1 week’s rent.
When you sign for a property you pay a deposit of 5 weeks’ rent to Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
For some of our properties, the Reposit scheme is available as an alternative where tenants pay 1 weeks’ worth of rent as a non-refundable Reposit fee. Please ask to see if this is available on your chosen property.
