Work Experience

We hope to encourage bright new talent in to the industry and our student work experience programme is designed to help local students gain insight into working in an estate agency, build confidence, and develop valuable work based skills. By rotating through different teams, participants gain exposure to Sales, Lettings, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance, offering a well-rounded introduction to the industry. This is suitable for students aged 16-18.

Our Property Expert

Nigel Lenton has been helping developers in Leeds City Centre since 1997 and has sold over 50 sites off-plan, the majority of which are investor buyers. He is the former Sales Director and partner of the largest independent city centre estate agency in Leeds.

Nigel is a real expert in Leeds City Centre property and was involved in the off-plan sales of many of the developments that shape the city today including City Island, Gateway, Velocity, Westpoint and Whitehall Waterfront to name a few.
